Traditional market research relies mostly on self-report methods. However, surveys and questionnaires test only the customers’ rational brain. Did you know that up to 95% of all cognitive processes like attention, retention, retrieval and decision-making occur in the subconscious mind? Neuromarketing deals with the examination and exploitation of the implicit or subconscious processes of consumers. In this online course on Neuromarketing, you will learn about the various consumer behaviour models and consumer insights using psychometric and biometric techniques. Dr Nicolas Hamelin
Director - Neuroscience Lab and Associate Professor

Dr Nicolas Hamelin is Director of Neuroscience Lab at SP Jain School of Global Management, Sydney. He is passionate about understanding human behaviour. Dr Hamelin has a PhD in Physics from Sussex University, UK and a PhD in Business (Social Marketing) from East London University, UK. In international business, Dr Hamelin worked at STmicro in Italy, France and the USA for the Nokia Business unit. As an academic and environmentalist, Dr Hamelin has published in top scientific journals and he has been featured on the BBC, Channel News Asia, Forbes and Business Insider.
