Participants will put together a luxury brand and business plan using their creative ideas with the help of the tools and methods learnt during the 15 sessions. The Capstone Project will encompass the following areas of learning:
Learn to use the Xenioo platform to create restaurant table bookings and a menu display chatbot.
Understand how to create Cryptobot/Stockbot which can provide us with portfolio updates.
Learn how to create a News Briefing Skill for Alexa using the Voiceflow platform.
Smita Jain has over 8 years of experience in luxury education across dynamic markets such as Europe, the Middle East and India. She is a luxury coach and trainer with a specialised focus on training for luxury goods and services. Her area of expertise is luxury branding and strategy. She is a PhD researcher and, currently, is pursuing her research in luxury and strategy from Lisbon, Portugal. Her core work ranges from training, curriculum design and pedagogy to industry integration and coaching.

Given the nature of the course and its timeline, it will not be possible to create custom chatbots during the course. However, we will have one extra session at the end where we will be discussing your custom requirement and how to logically approach the problem.
While you will gain both strategic and execution-oriented skills, the chatbots that you can develop after taking this course will depend on the level of chatbot complexity and your ability to apply the concepts. This course gives you insights into all the relevant tools and techniques required to create professional chatbots & voice assistants. Your interest in the topic and how well you practice and apply your knowledge will determine your skill.
